I am a qualified and insured Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I trained at Highgate Counselling Centre in Highgate, London. Following my qualification I continued to work at Highgate Counselling Centre before setting up my private practice offering Psychodynamic therapy in Maidstone, Tonbridge, London and Nationwide via video call. My main practice is based in the Maidstone Community Support Centre, the home of many charitable, community and wellbeing focussed organisations.
As a member of the BACP I am bound by their ethical framework. I am insured and I have regular Supervision to ensure my continued ethical practice. I work with a range of issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, addiction, bereavement, loss, self harm, abuse, trauma, stress, relationships and issues in the workplace.
